4. Payments and Refunds

All payments for our digital products are processed securely by Paddle.com, our authorized payment provider and Merchant of Record.

Customers are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Because our products are digital and provide immediate access upon purchase, customers may be asked to confirm consent to immediate access. However, this does not affect their statutory refund rights where applicable.

All refund requests, billing inquiries, and payment-related issues are handled directly by Paddle, as Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record.

Invoices, receipts, tax handling, and billing statements are issued and managed by Paddle, and your statement may display Paddle as the seller.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Alko Academy, including videos, text, code examples, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Alko Academy and is protected by copyright and applicable laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
